Internet Explorers Club
Internet Explorers Club began as a daily email I sent to my coworkers, and grew into a monthly (ish) collection of everything that interests me that I encounter online.
I have a fairly broad range of interests, and this is a mix of them, ranging from literature to linguistics, bizarre historical deep dives to food origins, with some healthy stops on the way about the internet, and life in Our Modern Age.
Below are some of my favorite pieces.
what we remember, what we forget
Talking about archaic fabric creation AND the terrifying sublimity of corporate mascots with a dash of self portraits.
modern forgeries and forged modernities
Featuring fake palm trees, etruscan boar vessels, and pimento cheese sandwiches.
I am the very model of a modern email newsletter
With information vegetable, animal and mineral - from globsters to the Tower ravens, and everywhere in between.
do nothing, be not afraid & visit your own tomb
Semicolon origins, taking a date to visit your personal tomb, kenning, and an incredible crab dish.
